My Background
I have over 20 years of experience as a consultant, mentor and coach. My coaching experience includes leadership, life, career, grief, health, mental health and mentor coaching. I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. My coaching approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs.
On a personal note, I served as a caregiver for 27 years. My formal caregiving journey started when my husband suffered a massive stroke at the age of 39 in 1995. I also provided caregiving support to both of my parents. My father also lived with me the last three years of his life. My parents and my husband have transitioned. I undetstand what it means to experience a life changing event.
I am also a credentialed Spiritual Director through the SoulShepherding Institute.
My Philosophy
I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By identifying and working towards their goals, my clients are able to unlock their full potential and create a life they love.

I offer coaching to professional women who are dealing with a life changing event. My services are designed to help you overcome burnout, improve work/life balance and identify self-care practices.
I offer strategy sessions for potential clients who are interested in coaching, spiritual direction or consulting services. Together we will determine if I would be a good fit to help you reach your desired goals.
I also offer mentor coaching for coaches seeking to improve their coaching competency, and fulfill their International Coach Federation (ICF) requirements. I am a Professional Certified Coach and a Mentor Coach through ICF.
Coaching helps clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals. Spiritual Direction provides the client support as the client works towards deepening their relationship with God.
